Private dining
Lago Cucina has the first floor of the hotel to itself, and the whole of it can be hired: 120 people at tables, or 150 standing with a drink in hand. That brings a Mediterranean room with Lake Budgewoi showing between the buildings, a bar working off the Italian coast, and a kitchen cooking for the whole floor at once.
The Cellar is the alternative when the number is smaller. It sits inside the main dining room — its own corner, its own table, with the restaurant carrying on around it — and takes 30 seated or 35 for drinks. Long lunches, special dinners, the occasions worth marking: that is the scale it suits.
For 12 to 30 guests the kitchen sets a sharing banquet at one of two levels. Above that, the events team takes the planning on — menus, timings, how the room is laid out — and an events kit sets out the detail. Start with a call to the restaurant.
